Ways To Help:

  • Our providers connect Returning Citizens with needed resources. Whether you can provide help with mental health, housing, or employment assistance, you can be a catalyst for positive change.

  • A Financial Partner can be an individual, business, ministry, or governmental organization that supports Vital Signs on a monthly, yearly, and/or a one-time gift, to empower our purpose, mission, and vision to reduce prison recidivism and increase law-abiding citizens in the United States.

  • From becoming a re-entry life coach to returning citizens, becoming a community driver to help returning citizens get to work, any concerned and caring citizen can volunteer to attend a bible study or worship service in a transitional center or re-entry home.   • Tackle The Shackles (TTS) is a national coalition to bring about better second chances and reduce prison recidivism. The coalition also promotes criminal justice and prison reform to ensure fairness in courtrooms, reasonable sentences, and that prison time is rehabilitative instead of punitive.
